I’M HAVING ISSUES WITH COUNTRY CODES GETTING CHANGED IN MY CONTACTS APP SINCE INSTALLING THE 4FREEDOM MOBILE SIM. WHAT DO I DO?

Please turn off Dial Assist on your phone:

How to Turn Off Dial Assist on iPhone

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Scroll down and tap Phone.
3. Toggle off Dial Assist. The toggle will be gray when disabled.

How to Turn Off Dial Assist on Android?

1. From the Home screen, tap Phone
2. From the Phone screen, tap the Menu icon  (upper-right).
3. Tap Settings
4. Tap More settings

For devices running Android 8.0 or higher, tap Other call settings

1. Tap Assisted dialing to turn it on or off.

For devices running Android 8.0 or higher, first tap Assisted dialing to see options for enabling or disabling.

Powering the phone off and then back on is recommended after changes are made.

   • Country code
   • IDD prefix
   • NDD prefix
   • City/area code
   • National number length
