I CANNOT LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT. WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?

If you have previously logged into your account successfully, then please reset your password. To do so, please go to My Account and on the login screen, please tap the “Forgot Password” link. Then please follow the instructions.

If you have not verified your email address, then you will be unable to login to your account until you do so. If you did not receive the email verification message, please check your spam folder.

If you can’t find the email verification message in either your inbox or spam folders, then please go to the website and try to log into My Account. If you have not verified your email address, you should be taken back to the Thank You page with the “Resend” button. Please tap the Resend button to send the email verification message to your email address again.

If you have not verified your email address, and your login attempt fails without taking you to the Thank You page with the “Resend” button, then most likely you either made a mistake when trying to login or you made a mistake when you typed in your email address to set up your account.

If you feel there may be some mistake in the email address used to set up your account, please send an email to 4Freedom Mobile Support at support@4freedommobile.com with the subject line: Login Failed.
