With each of the 4Freedom Mobile high-speed data plans, 4Freedom Mobile provides the same 5G and 4G LTE data speeds as the underlying network operators whose networks we are using. If you will experience data speeds that are slower than what someone getting service directly from the network operator receives at the same time, in the same location, please go to your My Account, and click on the Manage SIM button, on the next screen it will allow you to Refresh your SIM card. If after completing this step, you still have a slow speed or no service, then please contact 4Freedom Mobile Support.
