To order a physical SIM card,
- Please log into My Account on the 4Freedom Mobile website (https://www.4freedommobile.com//my-account)
- Tap the button “Manage SIM”.
- On the next page, please tap the button “Get SIM”
- You will see a list of 4 eSIMs and 1 physical SIM card. Please be sure to select the physical SIM card.
- You will then be asked to provide a delivery address.
- Notes:
- If you are not asked for a delivery address, then you did not select the physical SIM card. Please go back.
- If your shopping cart still shows an eSIM in it, just click the red X next to the eSIM to remove it from the cart.
SIM cards should be delivered in 3 – 5 business days.
